What We Believe

The REDEEMMYCULTURE ministry is supported by a group of evangelical pastors who believe the Bible is the inerrant, infallible Word of God. We are biblical literalists who believe the Bible is the whole, complete Word of God for humanity, protected, compiled and preserved by the Church through the activity of the Holy Spirit of God. "All Scripture is inspired by God and beneficial for teaching, for rebuke, for correction, for training in righteousness" 2 Timothy 3:16

We believe in the Deity of Jesus Christ and the three-fold Godhead of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. We believe that Jesus paid the price in full for our sins and no amount of good works will make us acceptable to a HOLY GOD. We believe that salvation is only obtained through faith (not works) in Christ's sacrifice on the cross for our sins. " if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved" Romans 10:9

We believe that Jesus desires to have a personal relationship with every person, filling, transforming and enlightening their minds through the Spirit. "Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and will dine with him, and he with Me." Revelations 3:20

We believe that heaven and hell are real places and that everyone who does not repent and accept Christ as their Savior will face judgement, after death, for what they have done. "the Lord Jesus will be revealed from heaven with His mighty angels in flaming fire, dealing out retribution to those who do not know God, and to those who do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus. These people will pay the penalty of eternal destruction, away from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of His power" 2 Thessalonians 1:7-9

We believe that Christians are immediately ushered into the loving arms of Jesus when they die. "For to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord" 2 Corinthians 5:6, 8

We believe that Jesus is coming back soon to establish His Kingdom of Justice on the Earth. "At the name of Jesus every knee will bow, of those who are in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and that every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father." Philippians 2:10-11
